We're Emerald Holdings LLC, a North Carolina real estate investment company based in Charlotte. Emerald Direct Capital is our consumer brand; Emerald Holdings LLC is the legal entity, and both are the same company.
What we do and don't do
We buy houses and land across North Carolina. We make cash offers, close without financing contingencies, and buy properties in any condition. We pay the highest price we can justify based on the numbers, what we know from the county records, and what the property will be worth when we're done with it.
The owners of our company are licensed NC real estate agents but are not acting as agents in these transactions.
